The location of this place is absolutely mind-blowing. It's super close to everything - the center, the museum, and the train station. Getting there from the airport is a breeze, just hop on a bus to the station and it's a 10 minute walk from there. The cleanliness of the place is impressive, and even if you arrive early, they let you leave your luggage in the room and freshen up before exploring the beautiful city of Bergamo. The apartment itself is jaw-droppingly spacious, with a cozy bedroom, a living room with an additional bed, and a huge bathroom with a bathtub. Plus, they provide an electric kettle, microwave, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. The location in the city is great, with shops and restaurants nearby. And the best part? At night, public parking is easily available without any fee. The guy who gave us the keys at the restaurant downstairs was super nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place for its unbeatable location, clean and spacious rooms, and fantastic amenities.

the room i booked turned out to be an appartment with all the modern commodities including microwave .the hotel was close to the city center.One of the best hotel I ever stayed would highly recommand

I staid here some weeks ago and I was then given a nice room with kitchen facilities - this time I was given a dirty room with ants on the back-yard without kitchen facilities. Last time I had also been treated nicely - this time I was recieved by the mad-man who owns the place who claimed "we is not a hotel, but a residence and therefore we can open and close when we please". I had been mistaken in reading the leters h-o-t-e-l as hotel and thought I had booked a hotel room on a hotel-booking-site. The man also lied and and insulting me. After 30 years as a permanent traveler and after having worked for the Barcelo group I thought I couldn't be surprised, but this place was beyond any reasonable limit.

Convenient location near cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Easily accessible from the train station or airport. Clean and spacious rooms with kitchenette and washing machine. Helpful and friendly staff.

The room was very nice.

It was hard to find. The man who booked us in, didn`t speak english at all! We only saw him just once, when we arrived. After that we saw no one in the office the whole time we spent time there. We almost missed our flight because the man spoke no english. It was settled that he organize us a taxi for early morning we were suppose to leave but no taxi arrived! Because of one helpfull man we got to the airport in time. He called us a taxi. I wouldn`t go there again!

Fine location for what we were looking for, namely both city and hiking in the mountains. Great kitchenfacilities!

No view at all, so despite the cosiness of the room, you didn't feel like staying inside...very cave-live room. We would have spend more time there if we'd had a balcony or acces to a garden.Also it was a bit odd only to see staff when we were checking in: The keycard didn't always work right away and we were wondering what we would do if it stopped working outside office-opening hours? -especially if it was the night before our early-morning flight back home?

Loved my Easter stay Great central location just a short walk to the main attractions and public transport. Very spacious apartment equipped with all the essentials, possibly in need of more glasses and cutlery. They had a washing machine inside the room which was very convenient, and the cleanliness was excellent with daily cleaning and fresh towels.

Had a few small issues The cleaning service was a little too early in the morning for our liking around 9:30 am, however, it did ensure the room was maintained well. The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, but we had a good signal on our mobiles anyway. Finally, while the apartment was generally quiet, there was a hint of noise from the main street in the summer evenings. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Staying in this hotel was a great experience. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the city center, the museum and the train station. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tidy, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment that we stayed in was equipped with a compact kitchen which was great for making our own meals. , the swipe card key made entry and exit very easy.

At the hotel, the wi-fi was a bit confusing to figure out.

The suite was excellent for family. Nice and clean. Staff were very helpful.

Small but efficient appartment in an very old building. Beautiful ceilings and well situated.

The location of the apartments was perfect for our needs. We were able to easily access the city center and the wifi signal was strong throughout our stay. The spacious studios were equipped with a refrigerator and stove, which came in handy during our stay. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful when we needed to arrange transportation.

We found that the kitchen equipment was lacking. There were few glasses and cutlery, only one pan, and no washing-up liquid provided.
